Refund Policy

1. General Terms

StrativionTech provides digital marketing services, conversion funnel design, and landing page development. All services are delivered as custom digital work products. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Project-Based Refunds

  • Pre-Production Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before any design or development work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.
  • Mid-Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client is entitled to a refund calculated proportionally to the work not yet completed, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred (such as third-party licenses or tool subscriptions purchased specifically for the project).
  • Post-Delivery Refund: If the delivered work materially fails to meet the specifications agreed upon in the project proposal, StrativionTech will first attempt to remedy the deficiency within a reasonable timeframe. If remediation is not possible, a partial or full refund will be issued at the discretion of StrativionTech, evaluated case by case.

3. Subscription and Retainer Refunds

Monthly retainer or subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds for the current billing period are not available once work has commenced. Future billing cycles will be cancelled immediately upon notice.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party platform fees, advertising spend, and software licenses purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
  • Completed milestone deliverables that have been approved by the client in writing are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact StrativionTech at [email protected] with your project reference number and a description of the issue. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by StrativionTech, located at Calle Valle Inclán 45, Piso 1 C, Madrid, Spain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services or access our website.

2. Scope of Services

StrativionTech provides digital marketing, conversion funnel design, landing page development, SEO optimization, email marketing automation, paid advertising management, and related web agency services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project are defined in the individual project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.

3. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of the project.
  • Respond to requests for feedback or approval within the timelines specified in the project proposal.
  • Ensure that all content provided to StrativionTech does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials shared during the project engagement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. StrativionTech reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payments are overdue by more than 15 days.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the client receives full ownership and intellectual property rights to all custom deliverables produced specifically for the project, including custom designs, copywriting, code, and funnel configurations. StrativionTech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly objects in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project engagement. This includes business strategies, marketing plans, customer data, financial information, and any other information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StrativionTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. The total liability of StrativionTech for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet service disruptions, or cyber attacks.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. StrativionTech shall deliver all completed work product to the client within 10 business days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

11. Amendments

StrativionTech reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
